Shipping, Returns & Warranty Information

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the Return Policy will apply. Custom orders may not be canceled.

Returns
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.  Custom orders may not be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact us first to authorize your return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless your item is defective.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping
In stock products  will process in 3-4 days.     Shipping costs are nonrefundable unless an item is defective. Custom orders and out of stock items can take 3-5 week.

International Shipping
We do not ship Internationally.

Warranty
Heritage Music Products warrants that its products will be free from defect in workmanship and material for one year from the date of shipment. The bottoms of the stands are un-sanded.  The bottoms may have flaws and drips from the hand brushed finish. The beauty of natural wood does allow for limited amounts of natural characteristics of wood to show. Hand crafted items may also show occasional saw marks and slight planer chip out.  Actual photos of your specific product inquiries are available.
